Black Bear Vendor Application

Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival. If accepted a non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your space. Upon acceptance a Black Bear Festival representative will contact you to arrange payment. NOTE: The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly. Hours of Operation: Vendors must be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Required hours of operation will be each day of the festival from 11:30am-10:00pm. You may be open outside of these hours as the general public will have access to the vendor area 24 hours during the festival. I am aware of the insurance requirements

Vendors must provide certificate of insurance, naming the "Black Bear Americana Music Fest" AND "Goshen Agricultural Society" as additional insured. General liability amounts for all vendors; minimum of $100,000.00 Product Liability additionally required for food vendors; minimum amount $300,000.00; $500,000.00 if selling alcohol.

Garbage Disposal Agreement

BBAMF provides food vendors with a dumpster in the vending area. Vendors will dispose of their own garbage in the dumpster at all times or BBAMF will charge $50/day to remove vendor garbage.

I acknowledge the BBAMF garbage disposal requirement.

Do you plan to camp at Black Bear?

If so, will you be in a tent or RV / trailer? If RV or trailer, what is the length? All vendors are provided a free basic camp site for tent or small vehicle, it is preferred that you not camp at your vendor booth location. If you desire premium camping accommodations such as RV space, hookups and electrical, please let us know and the camping coordinator will be in touch with you to make arrangements. Accommodations over and above the basic camp site will incur additional fees.
