Standard Formatting: Ebook only: 30$  Paperback only: 30$  Ebook and print: 45$  Standard turn-around: 3-5 business days Premium Add-Ons:  Custom header image (ie. something UNDER the chapter title): 10$ if provided, 20$ if I have to find one  Custom scene breaks: 10$ if provided, 20$ if I have to find one  Custom chapter titles: 15$ if provided, 40$ + 2$/chapter over 15 chapters if I have to do them (ex. a 15-chapter book will cost 40$, a 16-chapter will cost 42$ on top of the standard rate).  Premium and Box Sets: 5-7 business days  Rush/weekend fee: 10$ for standard formatting, 30$ for premium formatting Please indicate if a rush is required in the notes. Box sets:  1-5 books - $80 6-10 books - $110 11-15 books - $150 15-20 books - $200 50% off sets I've done the individual books for. Box sets include ebook and print. Fundraising collections can be formatted in exchange for credit.

Basic turnaround is 3-5 business days. Premium and box set turnaround is 5-7 business days. Rush fees will be applied to orders required within 3 days for basic and 5 days for premium and box set orders. For placeholder files, please provide an approximate date, and contact KMP with the final files and required date when available. Rush fees may apply. Rush/weekend fee: 10$ for standard formatting, 30$ for premium formatting/box sets.
