Baltimore BASE Network Economic Recovery Fund Business Services Vendor Directory Questionnaire

Please complete the below questionnaire if your business would like to be listed in the Small Business Economic Recovery Fund - Business Services Vendor Directory. The Directory is intended to be a resource for small businesses that apply for and are awarded American Rescue Plan Act Economic Recovery Fund grants and are looking to hire vendors for marketing, creative services, accounting, legal, human resources, technology, web development, and other types of business services. Completing this survey does not guarantee inclusion in the Directory. If your business is listed in the Directory, it does not guarantee your business will be hired, nor is it a formal endorsement of your business. To be included in the Directory you will be required to provide information on hourly rates for your services, you may be asked to adjust your rates for this program based on Federal funding source rules, and you will need to furnish invoices for services performed using agreed upon rates.
