Please use this form to request a refund for your course or certificate purchase. Arizona State University CareerCatalyst Refund Policy: ASU CareerCatalyst is dedicated to providing an exceptional course and learning experience. By submitting this form, our team will provide a review process that is sensitive to a learner’s life circumstance and individual needs. If we find any indication that we failed to deliver a course experience as promised, we will fairly provide a full refund. In all cases, the CareerCatalyst team is committed to a fair and timely resolution. Learners who receive a refund will be removed from their respective course(s) and will no longer have access to course content. Self-paced courses: - Requests received within 14 days of purchase will receive a full refund, must be no more than 50% complete - After 14 days, you can receive a credit to apply to another course as long as you are no more than 50% complete - After 60 days, no refunds or credit Facilitated/scheduled courses: - Requests received within 7 days of the course start date will receive a full refund, must be no more than 50% complete - After 7 days, you can receive a credit to apply to another course as long as you are no more than 50% complete - After 14 days, no refunds or credit
