Abstract Submission Form - ISMAR 11
By virtue of submitting an abstract, the submitter(s) grants GRA the right to accept or decline any abstract. The Conference Committee will review abstracts and make final selections for in-person oral or poster session presentations. If your abstract is accepted and you agree to present, you will be expected to: 1. Register and pay for the event using GRA's online registration tool. 2. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation using GRA’s ISMAR template. 3. Prepare a recorded version of the presentation, in case the event will be held virtually or as a hybrid event. 4. Allow the presentations and recorded presentations to be accessible on the ISMAR 11 website for 6 months after the conclusion of ISMAR 11 to provide access for those that could not attend. 5. Allow the abstracts and pdf of the presentation to be compiled and published as the ISMAR11 proceedings and posted to the ISMAR 11 website or other website (e.g., IAH website). Abstracts must be submitted by July 30, 2021
