Photo and Media Release

Austin Creative Reuse takes photos, videos and quotes both for internal documentation and to help promote our mission to the public. Do you authorize Austin Creative Reuse and its agents to use your likeness or quotes for any lawful purpose, including social media, website, newsletters, print advertising and in-center promotion?

Volunteer Waiver and Release of Claims

To the extent provided by Texas State Law, by submitting this Volunteer Application, I hereby fully and forever waive, release and relinquish any and all claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever that I may have or may accrue to me against Austin Creative Reuse, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees, and agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Austin Creative Reuse from any and all claims, demands and causes of action, in each case resulting from injuries, damages or losses sustained by me arising out of or related to my involvement as a volunteer with Austin Creative Reuse, or my use of Austin Creative Reuse’s equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Austin Creative Reuse. I have read this agreement fully, understand its content and agree to it out of my own free will. I further certify that I am 18 years of age or older and, if the parent/guardian of a minor participant, that I am authorized to accept this Waiver and Release of Claims on their behalf.
