Día de los Muertos Parade Volunteer Form

Hello and thank you for wanting to volunteer in Chelsea's Día de los Muertos Parade! On Saturday, October 29 the parade will start at 5:30pm from City Hall down Broadway to Chelsea Square where the celebration will continue. Volunteers will be asked to meet on the front lawn of City Hall at 5:15pm where calavera puppets and masks will be distributed to be worn or held during the parade. Note that there will be large size calavera puppets that will require more than one person to hold and walk. Volunteers who are 18 years or younger will be required to have parents permission to participate in the parade. All who participate in the parade will be asked to sign a photo release form.
