API User Agreement

I have read and understand the terms and conditions of membership to Auditory Processing Institute. *

I understand that I am the sole authorised user of my account and that sharing of my login details is prohibited. *

I understand that Auditory Processing Institute reserves the right to deny membership or access to any person or organization at its sole discretion. *

I agree that Auditory Processing Institute is not in any way liable for compensation to an employer or employee for the cost of the course/courses upon change of employment status or where APD services cease to be offered in the clinic. *

I understand and agree that my membership and access to course material is not transferable to another party. *

I understand that all content within the courses offered by Auditory Processing Institute remains the property of Auditory Processing Institute and must not be copied, shared, or distributed. *

I understand and agree that Auditory Processing Institute reserves the right to terminate any enrollment at its sole discretion if it believes the enrollee/mentee has breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. *
