VACANT TO VIBRANT: Vacant to Vibrant is a program that supports small businesses, artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural organizations to connect to local property owners to create engaging pop-up experiences and community spaces in downtown San Francisco. Value for selected host spaces: - up to $5,000 to cover property expenses and tenant improvements - marketing material - permitting - one primary tenant - attractive, activated space If you have multiple properties you would like to apply for, please submit an application for each. This application is for property owners/managers interested in hosting a pop-up. If you are a an activator interested in operating a pop-up, please apply here: vibrantsf.org/popups. Vacant to Vibrant is a program designed and operated by SF New Deal and the City of San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
