Are you interested in having USO Hawaii support/host an upcoming event for your unit or command? Please complete the following program/support request form. This is a request and is contingent upon available staff and resources. *We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, priority will be provided to those units/commands who have not requested for support within the year. *Please submit request at a minimum, 2 weeks prior to the event date. *A member of the USO Hawaii staff will reach out to you within 2 business days.
