Patch 2022 Application Form

Thanks for your interest in applying to Patch 2022! Patch is a community of driven and curious young people who build, learn and create together. You can learn more at https://www.joinpatch.org. To apply, you must be 16 - 21 years old and based in Ireland, the UK, or another European country. We occasionally make exceptions for younger and older applicants. Try to stick to the word count, but we'll still read your answers if you're slightly over the limit.
