Submit a complaint

This form is for reporting a violation of Founders and Coders Code of Conduct. Once you submit the FAC Team Development Lead will be alerted. Within two working days the team member will: Determine whether there was a Code of Conduct violation. If not they will respond to you to offer other remediation options. If there was a violation they will follow-up with you to ask any extra questions we need to understand the situation, and confirm that you are comfortable with us taking action. We will then reach out to the individual who violated the Code of Conduct to speak to them about the incident. We'll also inform them of the consequences of this violation (which are detailed in the Code of Conduct itself).

Confidentiality

We will keep all reports confidential, unless we've discussed it with you and agreed otherwise. However some incidents (e.g. those that occur between two individuals) may not be possible top keep anonymous. If you are uncomfortable with this we will unfortunately not be able to take action on the complaint.
