Participating in reverse matching involves working with our staff to make a short video profile based off of a recorded Zoom conversation. You’ll meet us on Zoom and we’ll edit and produce a video that can be shared with youth and their workers. You’ll also receive a link to your video that you can share with workers or post on a profile.

I understand that NWAE will share my family video directly with youth and their social workers and agree to participate in this process.

Let us know if there are available times between 9a-5p Monday-Friday that would generally work for you to do a 30-minute Zoom call.

After creating a family video with NWAE, you may hear from social workers of youth who participate, ages 12-17, that are interested in learning more about your family as a potential adoptive home.

I understand the importance of building these connections and will be open to learning more about the youth who express interest in my family.

I would welcome hearing from workers of LGBTQ+ youth and want teens to know my family would be affirming.
