Question 1
A startup of two co-founders is building technology to create an energy grid for lunar operations, using lasers that beam solar energy to distant rovers. They’re preparing to fundraise, and they ask for your help developing a company growth strategy. What advice and support would you be able to provide? How else might you help them? Describe any strategies or frameworks you’d use. (250 words max)

Question 2
After working with us for a couple of months, you’ve started to identify some frequent needs and features that would help stakeholders and partners of Moonshot. What would you do to create value from this information? What skills and resources from other people in the team or network do you think would complement your set of skills to create such value? (250 words max)

Question 3
You’ve been asked to step in on behalf of the team as a speaker at an event next month where there will be both existing and potential customers and investors. You’ll be expected to speak in front of an audience of about 50 people for about 20 minutes, with or without slides as you wish. What do you prepare? What are the aspects of this kind of task that you think you’d excel at and what are the parts that are really out of your comfort zone? What do you do to make the most out of this? (250 words max)

Question 4.1
We're about to launch preparations for a 26-week program, leveraging a couple of guest speakers for an hour each week to discuss a series of topics related to building space startups. Draft a concise email to the Moonshot mentors updating them on your project, and how they might be involved.

Question 4.2
Talk through the tools and processes you would use to organise this as an online event? How will you track your communications with each guest speaker selected? How will you track how participants and their teams perform as they progress each week? Consider what metrics you would track to gauge advertising the event, whether it's successful, and whether participants enjoyed it? Is there anything else you can think of that should be mentioned here?

Question 5
Why do you want to join Moonshot and why now? What skills and experiences do you want to gain in this role? (250 words max)
