Charity Match Form

The Christensen Group Charity Matching Program is meant to promote community service across the organization and throughout the community in which we operate. Please provide the following information to assess if your charity or event is a good fit for the Christensen Group Matching Program. Christensen Group is committed to matching up to $1,000 for each qualifying charity yet will consider special requests and up to $30,000 annually across the organization.
