Future of Parenthood Founder Community - Founder Form

Thank you for your interest in our founder community! Our community provides peer support, news, and programming (speaker events & opportunities) for early stage founders building the Future of Parenthood - ie companies for whom parents - from fertility to teens - are the target audience, either directly or B2B (e.g., products for employers or schools). There are no fixed criteria for qualification, but members are typically: - Building a scalable 'tech-enabled' solution or a physical product for large-scale distribution - Targeting a large addressable market (i.e., clear pathway to serving 1m+ families) - Either original founders, or in c-suite or senior roles. - Are pre series B or have recently raised a series B at the time of joining. - We admit one participant per startup, who must be a founder. This participant should be the individual who completes this form. *Raised significantly more / have a bigger team than that? Contact us (info@parenthoodventures.com) to join our all-star group of mentors and advisors.* A community is only as strong as its members, so we encourage you to actively engage, be generous with your time, and support one another. In the spirit of community, we require that all members participate in at least one community activity per quarter - This could be coordination of a panel, participation in a Q&A, sharing relevant news stories, etc. - Activities will typically require only ~an hour of your time, and signup for tasks will be sent periodically via e-mail. Community Guidelines (please read) 1. This community is for discussion about startups, products and services in the world of ParentTech / Future of Parenthood (products and services for parents, from fertility to tweens; from apps to hardware to b2b services like employee benefits). 2. We believe in inclusivity, that parents and families come in all forms, and that diversity makes us stronger. We hope you embrace these values as you build, scale, and hire. 3. ZERO MARKETING -- this community is not a promotion tool. We do have a #news topic if you want to share something. You will be banned if you market an event/promotion/etc elsewhere. 4. Please be respectful of other members, at all times. 5. NO POACHING -- Be aware that fellow members may be building competitive or adjacent offerings. We encourage you to share your successes, support one another, ask and answer questions, and treat this as a safe space, but make sure never to share confidential information, and report any member if they appear to be acting against the spirit of the community. 6. Opt-in consent for any sharing - Please ask for permission before disclosing *anything* about a fellow company (to anyone, whether a VC, parent community, advisor, etc). In general, partnerships, intros, social media features, etc are AWESOME, but please respect each founder's right to decide what / when / how they might engage. 7. Once you join, please introduce yourself in the #introductions channel, and add a photo and update the "what I do" field in your profile. 8. Let us know if you receive inappropriate outreach from any member, or see anything that violates our community values, so we can respond accordingly.

Do you commit to following the community guidelines, and understand you will be removed from the group if you violate them?
No need to include formalities like 'LLC'.
This should include your personal name - NOT 'admin@' or equivalent.
