2023 (FY 2024) MN HMIS Data Element Feedback Survey - Closed

On May 10, 2023 from 1pm - 3pm, the Policies & Prioritization Committee (P&P) is hosting a virtual meeting to review feedback and deliberate on the MN Universal Data Elements feedback survey submissions. If you have trouble completing the registration form, please email john.ward@icalliances.org. P&P will vote to adopt additions, edits, or removal of MN Universal Data Elements at the June meeting. All state program-specific data element feedback will be summarized and shared with those programs directly. Any decisions regarding changes to state program-specific data elements will be made by the state programs.
