Hi Ray, Please see attached photo taken from the Sales Office at Union Park. I’ve had a few complaints regarding the red bushes straight ahead that create a blind spot at that stop sign when you’re leaving the Sales Office. Can these bushes please be trimmed down so drivers can see to the right when exiting? Thanks so much!

For reference, here is a map of what the county has accepted and what is still under the developer, etc. Red or Orange means that the County does not maintain or own the road. Green or Yellow means that they do. Here's the issue. Developers will "turn over" roads to the county but that doesn't mean that the county has accepted them. A resident of Union Park called to advise that some kids have been jumping on a concrete slab that covers a drain near a stop sign in front of her home, and she is concerned for their safety, as the slab seems to move/shift when they jump on it. I just received your voicemail that you have a tech on site with the right part the motor is blown and you can replace it now. Go ahead and repair the Fountain while you were out there for the $500. Sean - this is critical is this pond in Union Park or is it in Union Park east? I presume it’s union Park East since that’s where the pond fountains are? We need to make sure that when you invoice as you indicate the correct CDD.

Mike Reed and I met Jarrod from Metro regarding taking possession of the temporary lake by the old house.

Meeting with internet crew, that will be installing the new system, ended up have to stay until 2:25 with lock smith who was finishing up Union Park pool.

The fence needs to be pressure washed, the tunnel and other equipment in the dog park need to be cleaned, the grass is wearing thin, virtually no grass left, owners not picking up dog poop. She lives next to the dog park.

The community is generally good condition. Mold issues at the clubhouse. Steve is working on this with DPFG to get resolved. The contract was signed on 1/6/2021 for work to get completed. Work is to begin on 1/18/2021 and be completed by 1/30/2021. The clubhouse will be closed. Email blast sent on 1/14/2021 and notice to be posted on the door.
