SXSW Trademark Requests

Use of logos (the "Logos") and trademarks (the "Trademarks" or "Word Marks") owned by SXSW, LLC (collectively, the "SXSW Marks") requires advance written permission from SXSW, LLC and typically requires a license agreement. By submitting this request form and clicking on the box below, you agree to the following Trademark Request Terms: 1. All use of the SXSW Marks requires the advance written approval of SXSW, LLC. 2. No third-party brands, company names, etc. may be associated with the SXSW Marks without the advance written approval of SXSW, LLC. 3. The SXSW Marks must not be used in connection with any giveaways, raffles, sweepstakes, competitions, or other contests without the advance written approval from SXSW, LLC. 4. All use of the SXSW Marks is subject to any guidelines and standards provided by SXSW, LLC. 5.
