Idea
Creating a dataset of longitudinal life decisions (diaries / weblogs / biographies), in hopes of LLM-based analysis to highlight high-impact decisions that support flourishing
Trying to create a v0 of a recommendation engine driven by something beyond engagement (ideally something related to well-being / flourishing; perhaps in space of pithy quotations)
Proof-of-concept of 23&me for psychological instruments from user data (like diaries)
LLM for debugging your motivations
LLMs are useful in neural decoding thought to text in EEG; other models like Markov-switching models have been used to decode motor movement signals. What cutting-edge model architecture can we quickly throw up to do emotion recognition from EEG? (They can be applied to opensourced emotion recognition datasets like DEAP or SEED during the hackathon, and benchmarked against others for accuracy.)
AI-assisted coordination for people who are new to a city to fulfill their basic needs and settle down: housing, community, etc
AI-assisted training for therapists
AI-human support for psychedelic therapy trio guidance
Automating Ideal Parent Figure therapy using LLMs
Diagnose attachment style from journal entries
LLMs for decision-making (with emotional support) -- having people work with LLMs to think through decisions and work through emotional issues related to why they are e.g. averse to choosing one option over another, in order to help people make the best decisions
Gadget that people wear to perceive the environment (e.g. with camera/mic), and make a personalized therapist based on the data extracted
AI therapist
Compile patient feedback from their reactions to medications, and use that to much better identify the right med for the right patient based on their word reactions to past meds as well as more about who they are, how they have reacted to other non-psych meds, etc.
An easy way to upload all of your journal entries into an LLM and then have convos with your past self (but possibly constrained to be more productive than a conversation with your past self would actually be)
Connecting low-income clients with pre-licensed therapists (trainees, and associates) who provide low fees and/or sliding scale
Coaching (psycho-educating) parents on how to mirror their young kids and regulate their nervous system
Introduing founders to "good enough" psychotherapy (not coaching)
Deliberate practice for meditation, starting with `I say where I am` and `I get guided`.
Close the feedback loop: I say where I am (e.g. sleepy shi-nè) and I'm told what to try (relax effort). This is the main idea.
An easy way of setting up the (utterance, response) pairs: we want to support conversational language for an atypical vocabulary, and we want the responses to be hard-coded by the user. (The internet has terrible meditation advice, we don't want an LM generating what to do.)
Stretch goal: vision -> instruction: if I relax, my face relaxes. Can we build a classifier for thinky face, efforting face, relaxed face, etc.
Probably won't do, but will want to do: some way of visualizing what I say over time (a record of what I notice, what I have trouble with, etc.)
A guide for embodiment that utilizes LLMs to help people get in touch with their bodies.
A spoken-word IFS chatbot that helps keeps you embodied as you explore
An app that scans you written journal and records your keystrokes in order to analyze your language usage to help analyze anxiety over time
