We would like to propose a full management plateform to answer to the need of logistics on the ground. It's actually a mess after the explosion of the 4th of August some people are doing a shame business with the donations. We need to fix this and ensure that all the victims will be covered fully by all NGOs. We would like to propose the service of this humanitarian portal to all NGOs and the State.

An IBM Italy team delivered a grant to Italy’s Department of Civil Protection, creating a new custom module for Sahana. Initial discussion with Italian stakeholders had followed earthquakes in that country in 2012. The Evacuees Assistance (EVASS) modification to Sahana was later developed to help track and provide resources to refugees while coordinating among volunteers and organizations, creating a single, clear view of a given situation.
