- There was no evidence of front-end, active identity proofing requirements, however applicant is required to submit SSN to apply.
- The portal requires users to login, either by creating an account or logging in with their Apple, Facebook, or Google credentials. If user creates account with the portal, it appears that email is required.
- Application portal has a document uploader, which can be used to upload identity documentation "such as driver's license," but this does not appear to be required.

- Application asks user to consent to having their identity verified before they can initiate the application. It is not clear if the application generates KBV or if the application is just checking the SSN and other information on the back-end but this is not entirely clear. It is possible to opt out of this (at least for SNAP/TANF applicants).
- SSN may be needed for successful identity verification, but it does not appear to be a required field within the application.
- There appears to be a document uploader available after submission of the application
