If you have more than a couple of item requests, or need regular office, school, or art supplies, please come visit us instead! THIS IS NOT AN ORDER FORM, just a way for us to keep track of your needs and help IF we can. Keep in mind that we're a tiny team limited by what the community donates! FLEXIBLE SEATING & NEW TECH ITEMS: We VERY rarely receive donations of things like bean bag chairs, stools, yoga balls, iPads, and Chromebooks, so unfortunately we cannot fill requests for these items.
