Rodney Rankins is an author, commercial voice over artist, and original founder of Redemption 100, a non-profit organization committed to prison reform by assisting in successful reentry of incarcerated men preparing for their release back into society. He conducts 28 Pitfalls of A Man workshops, presentations, and speakers series. He also serves as an active member of the Florida Restorative Justice Association and other state and national organizations focusing on wholistic approaches to prison reform. He has a Bachelor of Theology (Th.B) and Masters of Arts Theology(Th.M). Tolliny Rankins Th.D is an author, speaker, and instructor who conducts 28 Ways to a Better You workshops, is a women’s empowerment lecturer, and leads a personal enrichment speaker series. She is currently the published author of four books in print, including 28 Ways To A Better You, and is the co-author of 28 Pitfalls Of A Man. She serves on the board of directors for Florida Restorative Justice Association. She earned her Bachelor of Theology (Th.B), has a Masters in Theology (Th.M), and received her Doctorate (Th.D) in Christian Theology.

Brittany K. Barnett is an award-winning attorney and entrepreneur focused on social impact investing. She is dedicated to transforming the criminal justice system and has won freedom for numerous people serving life sentences for federal drug offenses--including seven clients who received executive clemency from President Barack Obama. Brittany is founder of a series of social enterprises, including XVI Capital Partners, Milena Reign LLC, the Buried Alive Project, and Girls Embracing Mothers. She has earned many honors, including being named one of America's most Outstanding Young Lawyers by the American Bar Association.
