This has been getting pushed back for months on our end. The goal is to include our MARC Train (commuter rail) and Commuter Bus fares which are O&D and zone-based fares into our Fares v2 setup by the end of this year. Depending on other priorities, that may get pushed into Q1 2023.

We're in the first year of building out a brand new fare system that will replace our existing one with a tentative launch date of Q1 2025. Fare capping is expected to be a part of that system. We don't have any ability to implement prior, hence the estimated date way in the future
