Ma'i Movement Hawai'i Care Kit

Our Care Kits consist of individually-wrapped disposable day pads, night pads, tampons, liners and wipes. For Individual Requests: If multiple people in your household need a Care Kit, please fill in the form for each person. The contact information can be the same as the person receiving. Note: Ma'i Movement Hawai'i receives menstrual products donated by others; and we often receive donations of loose menstrual products or opened packages of menstrual products; that we may purchase menstrual products; and that we are donating the menstrual products to the recipient with no consideration received. Although we believe, to our best knowledge, that these menstrual products are safe, we have not inspected these menstrual products for safety or other matters. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect the menstrual products provided.
