If you are interested in booking us for your event, please answer the questions below and we will respond to you within 1-2 business days. Balloon Garlands + Wooden Panels: Not available for events Monday - Thursday. Must be finalized at least two weeks before the event. Flower Wall & Arch Rentals: Available any day. Must be finalized at least one week before the event. Starting Minimum: $300 (before our travel fee + sales tax). Our minimum depends on where the event is. We are based out of San Jose. We are not available on the following dates: September 6, 7, 19 - 22, 29 October 5, 12, 26, 27 November 29 December 13, 20 2025 May 11, 31 June 1, 9 - 30 October 24 - 26

Are the setup and breakdown times flexible?

Sometimes we may have to set up for your event a few hours early or breakdown a few hours later due to other events we have already booked. If your setup/breakdown times are flexible, we might be able to accommodate your event if we already have multiple bookings on that day.

What backdrop are you interested in?

If you would like to add a balloon garland to one of our flower walls, please mention that in the comment section. We don't offer balloon garlands without a backdrop rental.

Signage

Our wooden signs and neon signs are available for our larger backdrops (flower walls & boxwood wall), while our custom vinyl signs are available only for our wooden panels. All of the signs we have can be found here: https://www.yannysevents.com/sign-add-ons
