Operator Collective invests in early-stage enterprise and B2B founders of all backgrounds who are humble lifelong learners and share our belief that culture, diversity, and operational excellence are key parts of building truly great companies. We primarily participate in Seed and Series A rounds where the company has a lead investor in place, although we do invest in pre-seed and later-stage companies selectively.
