The government focal point referred the CSO to the UNODC country profile for all available documentation, without responding to each individual question in the request. CSO followed up with the UNCAC focal point for more information, but was told in February 2024 that the FCR could not be released to the public due to its sensitive nature. Folllowing a formal request for information, the Chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Commission acknowledged the request and only provided a link to the publicly available first cycle country report, without providing any information to respond on the questions or provide information on the second cycle. No reasons for the refusal of information were provided.
