The client had an old hospital mattress that was worn in the area of the hips/lower back and wondered if Tetra could fix it for him as ODSP does not cover mattress costs.
Solution
A used hospital mattress in good condition was purchased from a company that sells used and refurbished medical equipment. It was delivered to the client and works well.
