Instructions
1. In a small pot, add garlic and sauté with butter until browned. 2. Add water and salt and heat to boiling. Strain garlic pieces out and return water to pot. 3. Add couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. 4. Add Parmesan and stir with a fork until combined and fluffy.
