Maui Producer Impact & Support Survey

In the wake of Maui's wildfires and severe winds, the Hawaiʻi Farmers Union United (HFUU) is gathering feedback on local farm impacts to shape our response and link you to recovery resources. The survey takes about 5 minutes. By participating, you agree to share your contact details with partners relevant to your recovery support. Aggregate data will guide relief programs and policy advocacy. Questions? Contact Hunter Heaivilin, HFUU Advocacy Director: (808) 391-8687 or mauiresponse@hfuu.org. For phone responses, contact Amanda Shaw, Executive Director at Oʻahu Agriculture and Conservation Association: (808) 429-5310. We appreciate your participation – your responses are essential to help guide relief efforts and strengthen Maui's agricultural resilience.
