The undersigned individual is an authorised representative of the Business named, is hereon known as the Applicant. The Applicant submits this Expression of Interest (EOI) to the GGA for Resilience Training Program for Farmers consulting services in WA. The Applicant agrees that is has provided complete and accurate information in accordance with the requirements outlined in the EOI scope of works and this document. The Applicant is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the submitted EOI. Any false or misleading information may result in the disqualification of the Applicant from further consideration. The Applicant agrees to promptly respond to any requests for additional information or clarification from GGA. GGA will treat all information submitted by the Applicant as confidential to the extent permitted by law. However, the Applicant acknowledges that GGA may: share relevant information with third parties involved in the evaluation process; and or be required to disclose certain information in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations. Any communication related to the EOI process shall be conducted through the contact information provided by the named Applicant. The Applicant is responsible for notifying GGA of any changes to their contact information.
