Did not braise roast prior to putting in crock pot Pulled out after cooking for 5 hours on high...I'd like to try cooking on low for longer but I didn't get it started in time this time. The 3.4lb roast was at 190 degrees when removed from slow cooker and maybe a little dry but turned out pretty nicely.

Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

1 oz envelope of Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 2lb Pork Tenderloin

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
