Come and discover the original medium used by the Great Masters of Art. Not only will you learn how to record what you see but you will also leave the class observing everything differently. We will focus on composition, which is paramount, using the most “forgiving” of all mediums….The Magic of Pastels. Supply list will be provided on first day.

Get the basics: Develop your drawing skills, the foundation for all art. Which materials and how to use them. Build your observational skills and your confidence to draw anything in front of you. Build memory skills through an understanding of proportions, form, values and perspective. This class is a basic class that will develop your tools to move into portraiture.
