How GEO Motors Drove Awareness for the Model Z Series

Drivr is a company disrupted the automotive and taxi industry through our ride sharing app that makes it effortlessly easy for users to get from A to B. As we grow and scale, a core focus for the company is attracting the best talent.
We're a small team - just 20 of us and we primarily work on running ad placements for brand and hiring as well as reviewing applications and nurturing prospective hires.
As part of an initiative to create a high quality talent pipeline for Drivr, the company sponsored an executive video series featuring top customers and investors.
We had a hard time ideating the story that would best attract the type of talent we were hoping to reach.
Drivr saw a marked increase in brand awareness for the company, exceeding industry benchmarks for video engagement, and saw a 15% increase in inbound applications. The campaign also allowed the team to deepen relationships with existing clients, create evergreen marketing video assets, and position our brand alongside other top, coveted after brands.
