An acclaimed cornet player and chamber musician, Jamie serves as Principal Cornet of the Grimethorpe Colliery Band and is a founding member of the award-winning A4 Brass Quartet. Jamie combines performance, education, and conducting, working extensively with youth musicians.

Thomas began his musical journey as a euphonium player in Wales and later graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Now a conductor and music journalist, Thomas has revitalised Lydney Town Band and led them to national success, while pursuing a PhD on the accessibility of music education in Wales.
