For your convenience, you can optionally upload your and other people's profiles in the Profiles tab
In the Spheres Tab, go to the "My Spheres By Sequence View," delete the example keys and lines and enter your own into the "My Keys" and "My Lines" columns. **Data about your keys and lines will automatically populate throughout the tabs.** Note that your Purpose sphere repeats in the Venus Sequence (same key and line), Core is called Vocation in the Pearl Sequence (same key and line), and Brand in the Pearl Sequence is the same key and line as Life's Work in the Activation sequence.
The "My Spheres by Sequence" view in the Spheres Tab has notes fields for Shadow, Gift, Siddhi, and Line. Enter notes while reading the books. Spheres > Sphere Notes is a place to take notes about the Spheres themselves. There are a few other notes fields scattered about. Several of the views contain Attachments fields where you can upload images, PDFs, videos, etc. Use these as you wish.
Name your journal entry and select one or more keys associated with your current contemplation. The Spheres and Lines fields will automatically populate with your associated lines and spheres. Type your entry in the Entry column. In the Spheres tab > My Spheres by Sequence, relevant journal entries will be automatically noted in the Cont. Journal field.
Not all fields have descriptions but, where you see them, they can help you orient yourself to the tab you're in.
You can view your Gene Keys data in multiple ways. Poke around to see different views. You can also see information about keys that are not in your profile. The "Sequences" tab contains links to the Golden Path books, so you can learn more about the Sequences and Lines. The Lines tab contains notes fields to copy your sphere-specific line readings into. If you would like to help me populate the database with the line readings from your profile, please send the text to macrovirtue@gmail.com.
If any fields are not useful to you or are cluttering up your contemplation, you can easily hide them, then restore them later.
Rearrange the tabs as you wish. Create new fields, such as checkboxes, multi-selects, etc. (Guide to basic fields types: https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/203229705-Guide-to-the-basic-field-types) Create different Views using the Filter and Group functions. (https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/202624989-Guide-to-views) You can do lotsa things...
You can create other versions of this Airtable Base, whether to create your own format or enter other people's data. Do with it as you please!
