I have been a certified fitness professional since 2002 and became a jump rope enthusiast when I met Tim and Shana at my first Punk Rope Certification in 2007.
I have held my primary fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise since 2003 and have earned a variety of other certifications such as ZUMBA, Drums Alive! & POUND®.
I have incorporated jumping rope into almost every format I teach and use it with almost every client I train including those with sport specific needs
