The parts are OK, and the delivery company told me they received it that way from you.

I just got the flux capacitor I ordered from you, and I noticed the core is missing. Wasn't it supposed to be included along with the product?
If so, I want a proper refund, or a new flux capacitor altogether.

I ordered the automatic warhammer 3000, but there's nothing automatic about it - it's just a regular warhammer.
Since your product page doesn't clarify any of this, I would like to return the product and get a refund or store credit.
