Thank you for dining during Joliet City Center Restaurant Week. This form is meant for those who dined, but did not scan a QR Code. To complete your check-in and earn entries to our drawing, please complete the following form. If you have technical difficulties attaching the photos, you can email your photos to marketing@hcdestinations.com with the subject line "Photo entries for JRW" All entries must be received by April 28, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Limit 1 regular (and 1 bonus) entry per restaurant per person per day. Limit of 3 restaurant entries per day per person. Don't forget to post your food photos to social media! Use the hashtag #JolietCityCenterRestaurantWeek.
