Helps agencies identify clients who do not have contacts recorded within the last 90 days so that they can be exited from their projects. ICA recommends applicable projects run this report at minimum of once a month for each street outreach and supportive services project and clean up all inactive client records

This report shows the number of clients who do not have a Current Living Situation (CLS) recorded within the last 90 days. See detail tabs for specific clients. This report only shows clients who are either the head of household or an adult or if the date of birth is not entered. These clients must either be discharged from the project with an exit date that matches their last CLS date, or must have missing CLS records added to indicate that the client is still working with the project.

This report shows clients with open project entries in Night-by-Night (NBN) shelters and their most recent shelter stays as of the date the report is run. It is intended to help agencies identify clients who have not had a shelter stay in 90 days. These clients must be exited from the project with an exit date that is the day following their last shelter stay.

This report helps users identify clients who need to be exited from a Night-by-Night (NBN) shelter and to confirm that those who have been exited were done so correctly. Clients must be exited the day after their last shelter stay. For example, if a client's last shelter stay was the night of 3/21 to the morning of 3/22, the client should be exited on 3/22. Specifically, this report looks at:
