Mentoring the Mentors Workshop 17-18 February 2025 Fairview Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya

Mid-career and senior mentors interested in nurturing early-career investigators in all areas of HIV research are welcome to apply. Learn specialized tools and techniques for mentoring. The workshop will include talks on the mentor-mentee relationship, mentoring tools and resources, forming mentorship programs at your institution, time management, grant and manuscript writing, leadership styles, personality types, and work-life balance.
