At Sparkle Wellness, we recognize that the joy of individual taste means that not everyone experiences the same flavor in the same way. That's why we offer Sparkle Wellness products in multiple flavors — if one is not working for you, then another hopefully will. Which is where our Flavor Guarantee comes in to play — if you have purchased a flavor to find that is not working for you, then you can request for a different flavor as a replacement at no cost. Yes, that's right! We'll ship the replacement to you free of charge for shipping within the USA — just fill in the form below and we'll then be in touch. For customers outside of the USA, please fill in the form and we'll be in touch to work through what options might be available. -------------------------------------- Terms of our Flavor Guarantee -------------------------------------- 1. must claim within 30 days of original purchase 2. must be able to provide a valid lot number & expiry date for the product you have purchased 3. may be required to return the product 4. can claim a replacement a maximum of two times
