Ladder Internships is a world-class internship program for ambitious students. In the program, students work with top start-ups and NGOs to develop real-world projects. The Startup internship program runs 8 weeks, costs $2490, and involves weekly meetings with a supervisor from the start-up. The CEO internship program: costs $4400 and involves working directly with a start-up CEO from a FAANG background (Facebook, Google, etc.). This is our program for our most ambitious interns. The Combination program: Offers our flagship CEO internship program in combination with a mentored research program. The joint program is $7400. Brex work experience program: Ladder Internships partners with Brex - a $10 billion fintech powerhouse. Across 6 weeks you’ll dive into strategy, business planning, and problem-solving, tackling real-world challenges faced by high-growth startups. The program cost is $4,900. There is full financial aid for students with need. The program is selective. The Priority admission deadline for the Summer cohort (starting June 2nd) is April 13th!

The program spans 8 weeks with a weekly time commitment of 5-10 hours. CEO Internship Program: In this flagship program, interns work directly with a start-up CEO with a FAANG (e.g., Facebook, Google, McKinsey) background. Across the 8-week program, interns contribute to high-impact projects with a weekly time commitment of 5-10 hours. Combination Program: In this program, students complete both the CEO Internship Program and a mentored research program. A total time commitment of 5-10 hours per week, with the goal of gaining experience in a professional work environment and completing a college-level research paper. University Internship Program: This program involves interns at the university level working closely with companies on projects aligned with their areas of interest. The program spans 8 weeks with a weekly time commitment of 5-10 hours. Brex Work Experience Program: This program involves interns working with the team at Brex - a $10 billion fintech powerhouse - on strategy, business planning, and problem-solving. The program spans 6 weeks with a weekly time commitment of 5-10 hours!
