Nurses Across the Nation Panel

Event Description:
Villanova nursing alumni working in various specialties at hospitals and healthcare systems across the 'Nova Nation will share their professional experiences on a virtual panel, provide advice for new nurses, and highlight different pathways.
This event is open to ALL undergraduate nursing students and is a great opportunity to engage alumni within your organization and create brand awareness for future VU nurses as they pursue their careers!
Student-Athlete Networking Night

Personal and professional development is an important topic for all students, especially student athletes who have to manage both rigorous practice schedules and academics. This event will allow current student-athletes to learn from and connect with former Villanova student-athletes in a casual networking setting.
VCG Consulting Bootcamp & Virtual Alumni Mock Case Interviews
March through April, 2025 | Virtual
The Consulting Bootcamp is a multi-week program designed to prepare students from all majors for the fall recruiting season through a series of workshops and case interviews.
A signature component of this program is a virtual alumni mock case interview where Bootcamp participants have the chance to practice case interviews with a Villanova alum or professional in the consulting field.
Note: Student and professional pairs will be able to schedule a one-hour, virtual practice case interview session at a time most convenient for them during the months of March and April when the Consulting Bootcamp takes place.
First-Generation College Student Career Readiness Event

A Day in the Life of Series: Careers in Communications, Media and Marketing

Employers and Alumni within the communications, media, and marketing fields are invited to guide students through a typical workday by presenting for our "A Day in the Life of Series: Careers in Communications, Media and Marketing."
Communications careers, whether a person works as a public relations manager, an advertising director, a journalist, or any number of roles, are known for their dynamic workday that demands adaptability and responsiveness to new and evolving tasks. This speaker series reflects this work environment by professionals guiding Villanova students through a sample of their workday, hour by hour, interspersed with interactive elements.
As a presenter, you can demonstrate how you tackle the unique challenges of your role while providing students with valuable insights into a potential career path.
