The DREAM ON Summit GOLD Sponsorships

As a GOLD Sponsor for The Dream On Summit, I understand and agree to provide our company's floor banner for the Dream On Summit Event. The Dream On Organization will display our banner at the event, and the Dream On Summit will not create any banners for sponsors. I acknowledge that I will receive an e-mail from the Dream On Summit Organization regarding the drop-off schedule for our banner at the event space for proper placement. I am aware that the Dream On Summit Organization will handle our banner professionally, but they will not be held responsible for any wear or tear that may occur during the event. I will ensure that all necessary tools for displaying the banner are provided, and if these tools are not included, the banner will not be displayed.

By submitting your company logo, you agree to release the logo for marketing purposes at the Dream On Summit. You also confirm that your company has granted approval for the use of the logo by the Dream On Summit organization and that it complies with your company's logo use guidelines. The Dream On Summit organization will not be held liable for any issues arising from logo usage, you as the sponsor will take all responsibility if a situation arises from your company, and will not hold the Dream On Summit liable under any circumstances with copyright logo permission usage.

As the purchaser, the Dream On Summit staff will directly contact you for any inquiries and payment related to the sponsorship. Additionally, you are the main organizer responsible for coordinating attendees from your company for the event.

The Dream On Summit staff will contact you via email for additional information. Please make sure to regularly check and respond to our emails promptly to avoid any miscommunication during the event registration process.

You will be contacted by the Dream On Summit staff through your mobile cell number if we need have any questions or need to contact you directly.

To be included in the overall Platinum Sponsorship VIP Guest count of 5 for the Dream On Summit, please provide your name if you are attending the event.

Every guest attending the Dream On Summit will receive a box lunch included with their ticket or sponsorship purchase. The boxed lunch will consist of a sandwich, chips, and a drink.

All Sponsorship VIP Guests are invited to a Meet and Greet with our Distinguished Speakers on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 8 AM (EST). The event will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lynchburg, VA. Breakfast will be provided by the Central Virginia Business Coalition Sponsorship Breakfast. Please confirm the number of people from your sponsorship who will be attending. You will receive an e-mail closer to this event with more details. Please be accurate in your RSVP.

I understand that as the sponsor of the Dream On Summit that the VIP Meet and Greet will be held on Friday, October 5, 2023 at 8 AM and I will receive more information closer to this event. And that the VIP Meet and Greet will not be held at the Dream On Summit on Friday, October 6, 2023.

I, [Your Name/Organization], hereby acknowledge and understand that my company's sponsorship represents a voluntary and irrevocable gift intended to support the objectives of the Dream On Summit initiative, aimed at inspiring business owners and entrepreneurs to persevere in their endeavors. It is expressly agreed that this sponsorship is provided as a gift, and once received by the Dream On Summit, it shall be non-refundable. I unequivocally consent to this arrangement and undertake not to hold the Dream On Summit accountable for any requests or claims for reimbursement of this gifted amount, pertaining to this dynamic event. Furthermore, as a sponsor, I hereby waive any right or claim to initiate legal action against the Dream On Summit in relation to any discrepancy or alleged irregularity arising from this sponsorship agreement. I acknowledge that any issues or concerns regarding the sponsorship shall be addressed through amicable and cooperative communication with the Dream On Summit organizers. By proceeding with this sponsorship, I affirm that I have the necessary authority to act on behalf of my company and that I have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above. This sponsorship represents our sincere commitment to supporting the Dream On Summit's mission and fostering the growth of business and entrepreneurial endeavors.

By sponsoring VIP attendees for the Dream On Summit, I further confirm that each designated VIP attendee sponsored by my company is indeed 18 years old or older. I warrant that I have taken all reasonable measures to verify the age of the designated VIP attendees and have obtained explicit confirmation of their eligibility to participate in the Dream On Summit. In the event that any sponsored VIP attendee is found to be below the age of 18 years, I shall immediately notify the Dream On Summit organizers and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I understand that adherence to the age requirement is of paramount importance for the Dream On Summit to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all participants. As such, I undertake to comply with this age requirement diligently and hold the Dream On Summit harmless from any consequences that may arise due to the age of the sponsored VIP attendees.This confirmation is made in good faith, and I affirm that all information provided regarding the age of the sponsored VIP attendees is accurate and reliable to the best of my knowledge.

I, [Your Name], hereby acknowledge and understand the conditions for qualifying for the Walt Disney World Vacation Giveaway at the Dream On Summit Event. In order to be eligible for the giveaway, I must meet the following requirements: 1. Attendance: I must be present for the entire duration of the Dream On Summit Event to participate in the Walt Disney World Vacation Giveaway. 2. Presence to Win: If my raffle ticket is drawn as the winner, I must be physically present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. Failure to be present during the announcement will result in automatic forfeiture of the winning seat, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant selected through a new drawing. I acknowledge that these rules have been clearly communicated and agree to abide by them in good faith.
