Project groups and their teaching assistants can apply for extended computing resources and networking opportunities within our collaborating organisations as part of the Impact Scholars program. This is a chance to take your project to the next level and potentially develop it into a publication! To apply, groups must submit a project proposal by the 16th of September. All students and teaching assistants will have access to the computing resources to support their proposal with solid preliminary analyses. For more information, see: https://impact-scholars.neuromatch.io/impact-scholars/intro.html
Would your group be open to taking on additional members?
Not every member of a group might be able to dedicate time to the project after the course, so some students and TAs could be left without a team to apply with. We would therefore like to offer everyone an opportunity to join another group if needed. If you respond with "yes", we will add your group's initial proposal and slides to a webpage that other students and TAs can access to see if the project aligns with their interests. They will see your contact information and may reach out, but you will have the final say whether someone will get to join your group. If you respond with "no", information about your project will not be shared with other students and TAs and you will not be contacted by students and TAs who are looking to join another group.
Permission public
Can we share your great presentation with other people, for example future NMA students who are looking for research ideas, or fellow NMA2021 students who want to see what everyone else worked on? For example we could use them to make combined slides like these: https://compneuro.neuromatch.io/projects/docs/projects_2020/neurons.html
