Thank you for your interest in the Women in AI Canada Mentorship Initiative. Women in AI (WAI) is a nonprofit do-tank working towards gender-inclusive AI that benefits global society. Our mission is to increase female representation and participation in AI. We are a community-driven initiative bringing empowerment, knowledge and active collaboration via education, research, events, and blogging. The WAI mentorship initiative is a community of women who already have established careers in AI and those who are new to AI or are interested in careers in AI. The initiative aims to assist Women in AI progress quickly in their careers by creating a platform where they can work on the skills needed to achieve a successful career in AI.
