We cannot accommodate the traditional type wedding with a party and reception. We can do smaller family and friends style gatherings for a relaxing getaway. But unfortunately no loud parties or events of that nature. The only guests allowed on the property are the ones staying at Moofy's.

No Pets! But, we can make accommodations (maybe!) on a case-by-case basis. In the event that we do allow pets, there is an additional $500.00 fee. No pets are allowed in the main lodge.

We require a nonrefundable payment of 50% of the stay cost to confirm the reservation. The remainder is due 60 days before check-in.

In the event a Renter requests a cancellation of this agreement, the 50% deposit made to hold the reservation will be forfeited. If cancellation is requested less than 60 days before check-in, no monies paid will be refunded.

Yes, we do allow property tours, but only when we have no other guests on the property. Its best to confirm all other details before booking a property tour.

A few chairs are okay but tents are not permitted. If you are looking for a larger production/ type of event this venue is likely not well suited as we dont allow large parties or weddings.

During the months of July and August we usually have a lot of jellyfish in the water and it's not recommended to swim in the bay. If you don't see any jellyfish then you can swim at your own risk!

There are paved paths throughout most of the property but there is also a lot of grass given the nature of the waterfront property. There is a wheelchair ramp in the rear of the main lodge which allows access to 5 rooms on the 1st floor, kitchen, dining, bar and living rooms. Most buildings have 1-2 steps in order to access without a ramp. The pool has several steps to access but there is a mulch-covered slope with a gate you could probably wheel a wheelchair.

Yes, you can use the pier/dock at your own risk. Water depth is about 4-6 feet at the end of the pier. We don’t have any slips or ties/ bumpers or anything so please be aware of that.

The rooms have a pin pad with codes. As well as all the other houses/ buildings. Typically the rooms in the lodge are open upon checkin and there’s a QR code that can be scanned to get the room’s door code.

Yes, we do offer additional cleaning. If you want any of the following services during your stay just let us know and we can accommodate. We need advance notice, so we are able to schedule it. Extra Cleaning Services Please note that our cleaning services do not include daily refreshes. However, recognizing that preferences may vary, we offer the option for additional towels or a room refresh upon request. We do need advance notice to schedule these services. General Cleaning - $50/hour There is a 4 hour minimum required. This service includes cleaning of the living room, foyer/entry, pub, dining room, restrooms, and kitchen. Quick Room Refresh - $20/Room Make the bed, provide fresh towels, wipe down the sink, and take out the trash (no new sheets) (Per Refresh) Full Room Refresh - $40/Room Complete clean, including fresh sheets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and providing fresh towels (Per Refresh) **During your stay, each room in your accommodation will be equipped with the following amenities: 1. Yes, each of our buildings has its own gas grill. The lodge has two grills so cooking for larger groups is easier. We supply 1 tank of propane for your visit and can get additional as needed for $75.00 Per tank. You can also exchange on your own at Lowes which is located 18 minutes away in Easton.

We have two rolling 65-inch TV screens you can use for presentations as well. We have additional folding tables we can bring in.
